The Svelte Gourmet. It calls for a lot of mushrooms, 32 ounces of them. And as you may know I have hard time following directions. After sautéing the mushrooms and adding all of the other ingredients, I realized I had nowhere near 32 ounces of mushrooms, but I forgot to half the rest of the recipe. So my version was really creamy.
I liked the recipe, but there is one thing I would change. I really don't like mustard and it calls for two teaspoons of mustard. I didn't think I would notice it, but even that little bit made it taste too mustardy for my liking. So if you like mustard, you will like this. If you don't leave it out. Sorry about my pictures lately, I have been getting lazy and have been taking them with my phone.
