Chocolate Peanut Butter Surprise Cookies

Yum-O.  Delicious.  You must make these.  They are a little more time consuming than your average drop cookie, but so worth it.  The recipe is from bigflavors.blogspot.com.  For a change, mine turned out just as pretty :)

Sassy Wonton Tacos

I actually really liked this recipe with the exception of one thing.  The recipe is from Health.com, which is probably why the wontons are baked and not fried.  They definitely should be fried.  It would make a world of difference.  I used large wontons, rather than small.  And used a rotisserie chicken.  It made it really easy.
Again, forgive me for the ugly picture.  I will work on that.  I love that this recipe has so few ingredients.  I will definitely be making this again, but will de-healthify them by giving the wontons a bath in some hot oil :)

Mushroom Stroganoff

I really like to make vegetarian dishes.  It's a good change from eating meat everyday.  And I love a good stroganoff.  This recipe is from The Svelte Gourmet.  It calls for a lot of mushrooms, 32 ounces of them.  And as you may know I have hard time following directions.  After sautéing the mushrooms and adding all of the other ingredients, I realized I had nowhere near 32 ounces of mushrooms, but I forgot to half the rest of the recipe.  So my version was really creamy.
I liked the recipe, but there is one thing I would change.  I really don't like mustard and it calls for two teaspoons of mustard.  I didn't think I would notice it, but even that little bit made it taste too mustardy for my liking.  So if you like mustard, you will like this.  If you don't leave it out.  Sorry about my pictures lately,  I have been getting lazy and have been taking them with my phone.

Honey Barbecue Pork with Carrots

So Pillbury's picture is so much prettier than mine.  This recipe is really easy.  I followed the recipe, with the exception of using frozen carrots.  I had baby carrots, so I threw those in and gave them an extra hour to cook.  They were still pretty firm, I would give them even more time to cook if I were to make it again.
I prefer the brown sugar balsamic glazed pork loin over this recipe.  It was good, but the other is better.
