Chicken Broccoli Supreme

This is the best version of the traditional "Poppyseed Chicken" I have ever had.  Yum-O.  It's from justgetoffyourbuttandbake.com, and seriously you should get off of your butt and bake this.  Instead of using a cream of chicken soup and sour cream mixture, you make your own sauce starting with a roux.  Her recipe uses cornstarch in her roux, but a cornstarch roux is weird to me, so I substituted 1/3 of flour and 1/3 cup of extra chicken broth for the cornstarch mixture.  I hope that makes sense.
 Again my picture doesn't do it justice.  I need to work on that.  I served it over rice.  It was delish.
