Again, I am a sucker for anything on a Hawaiian Roll. And this recipe only has three ingredients, extra bonus. In the past, I have always used pork butt, when cooking pork to shred for tacos or sandwiches, but this recipe called for pork tenderloin. It made a huge difference in the fattiness of the meat. It was so much leaner, I loved it. I bought it at Costco, it is about as cheap as you can find it at $4.99 a pound. And it comes with four loins, so I froze the rest to use later.
My daughter even ate it. Yay! We are expanding her repertoire. My two year old, not so much :(
