Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies

Need I say more?  The recipe is from recipegirl.com.  The top layer is an eggless cookie dough and the bottom was layer of homemade brownies.  A little tip...a didn't have unsweetened chocolate in my pantry, but I did have Hershey's unsweetened cocoa.  And according to the back of my cocoa container, three tablespoons of cocoa plus one tablespoon of shortening or oil equals one ounce of unsweetened baking chocolate.  Out of one recipe I was able to make two 8 X 8 pans, which I had originally intended to give both of them away.  I pawned off one pan, the other didn't quite make it to the person intended.  I was glad I had a chance to taste it.  I must say, I didn't love the brownie layer.  Next time, I will stick to a box mix.  It wasn't quite gooey enough for me.
For the chocolate topping, I melted chocolate chips in the microwave and added a little vegetable oil to it to make it thin enough to put in a ziplock bag and pipe on.
Ta Da!  It was REALLY rich.  The recipegirl.com post shows it served in mini cupcake wrappers.  It's a great idea, you only need a couple of bites of this to be satisfied.
